Akwa Ibom PDP commences End of Tenure and Pre-Congress Activities (photos)

As part of activities marking the end of the Obong Paul Ekpo led State Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party held a State Caucus and State Executive Committee meetings, respectively with the Party Leader, HE Udom Emmanuel in attendance.

At the meeting which held yesterday at government house, uyo, the state Chairman who doubles as the Chairman of the Congresses Coordinating Committee, outlined the proposed activities for the various congresses and sued for the cooperation of all party stakeholders.

The Leader of the Party and Governor of Akwa Ibom State, HE Udom Emmanuel thanked caucus members and Party leaders for the cooperation and support they offered to his government and urged them to continue.

Early this morning, the State Executive committee of the Party comprising State officers and Chapter Chairmen met with the Governor to thank him for the respect and support he has unceasingly shown to the party .

In his response, Governor Emmanuel expressed his gratitude to the party for their unwavering support to him and other candidates of the party during the 2019 general elections. He promised that as representatives from the party, they will not disappoint the leadership and members of the party in the execution of their mandate.
