APC APPOINTS F.N. NWOSU INTO PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL

Former APC governorship aspirant in Abia State, Sr. Friday Nwosu, has been appointed into the party's presidential campaign council for the 2019 general elections.

In a letter signed by Secretary of APC presidential campaign council, Mallam Adamu Adamu, Nwosu was appointed a member of the contacts and mobilization committee of the campaign council in recognition of his wealth of experience and capacity to mobilize people.

"On behalf of the APC presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari and his running mate, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, I most humbly wish to inform you of your nomination as a member of the contact and mobilization committee of the APC campaign council in recognition of your wealth of experience in politics and capacity in mobilizing the Nigerian electorate towards our collective goal of attaining landslide victory in the 2019 general elections," the letter read.

Reacting to the appointment, Nwosu said he has since commenced mobilizing Nigerians to ensure that the APC records a landslide victory in the February 16 presidential and March 2 governorship and state Assembly polls.

"APC is ready for the polls; we will return presidential candidate, national Assembly, governors and state Assembly candidates on February 16 and March 2," he said.
