Foods To Eat For A Healthy Living - Part 1
According to research, an average of 80 Africans who die every year, die as a result of poor nutrition or diet imbalance.

This is because the average African, lowering down to Nigeria, does not take his health so seriously.
He is less concerned about the quality of food intake and more concerned about the quantity and how appealing it is to his taste buds.

There is a general delusional mindset about healthy living within the average Nigerian, that to eat well is to stuff the latest and most expensive pizza, shawarma, or Hamburger into your system, not minding it's constituents. But what happens when this very source of enjoyment becomes your undoing and leads to a major decline in your health?

That is the more reason why it is important for us to know WHAT to eat, HOW to eat and WHEN to eat.
As simple as it may appear, ignoring this principle has led to the early death and poor health of many young people today.

"No matter how old you are, or how much junk food you consume, it's never too late to start undoing the damage caused by a poor diet."

That's the message from scientists who study how our food choices affect our life spans and our risk of developing diseases. They have found that people can gain sizable health benefits at any age by cutting back on highly processed foods loaded with salt, sugar and other additives and replacing them with more nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, lentils, seafood and whole grains.
