GROUP MOBILIZE SUPPORT FOR BUHARI IN SOUTH EAST

The train of the All Progressive Congress in the south eastern states of Abia and Imo yesterday made vibrating signals heralding it's presence.

The members of the party went round town mobilizing citizens of Aba and Owerri in preparation for the campaign visit of President Muhammadu Buhari tomorrow.

The train which was led by the Southeast coordinator of the Presidential Support Committee Chairman, Chief Chamberlain Adiaso, toured major roads and streets in the towns of Aba and Owerri to Garner support.

The campaign which featured musical displays and comical sights toured major roads in Aba such including Faulks Road, Okigwe road, Ehi Road, Clifford Road and finally stopped at the Enyimba International a stadium Aba, where Chief Adiaso greeted the deputy governorship candidate of the APC in Abia State, Chief Martins Azubuike.

While addressing newsmen at the main bowl of the Enyimba stadium in Aba, Chief Adiaso praised the organizing team and members putting heads together to ensure the smooth and seamless organization and preparation towards hosting the president. In his words "We came today to sensitize and garner
Support for the president. We have been able to do that by balancing up the whole situation.

You can see the people are supporting the president, they are happy because with the way things are. People are desperate; people want change so as to have a better life."

The street mobilization train was also taken to the city of Owerri where several youths in their thousands came out enough masse to support the candidacy of President Buhari.

While addressing the crowd at the Douglas house in Owerri, Governor Okorocha thanked the Youths for joining in the campaign and reminded them of the need to vote al flag bearers of the party in the forthcoming election.
