It is no longer news that His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, 5th democratically elected Executive Governor of Abia State, God's own State, has fully demystified governance, with his landmark, monumental and signature projects scattered all over the State, transversing all sectors of the State economy.

a) to satisfy specific or general educational needs of a nation, through teaching of students, conduct of research and dissemination of knowledge, together with other community activities;
